Abstract
The article discusses the dynamics of deterrence in South Asia as illustrated in the military standoff between Pakistan and India. Topics discussed include the challenges of the Pakistan Air Force (PAF) in relation to the Indian military and the need for modernization, the agility and readiness of PAF as demonstrated during the standoff and the air superiority of Pakistan while performing integrated operations across multiple domains.
