Abstract

The article present an interview with record producer and songwriter Giles Martin. Topics discussed include the surprise release of "Now And Then," described as the last Beatles song ever, produced by Paul McCartney and Martin; the use of de-mixing technology to enhance John Lennon's vocals; the contributions of Beatles artists Paul McCartney, George Harrison and Ringo Starr; and emphasizing the importance of respecting the band members' contributions while avoiding a cheesy tribute feel.
