Abstract
Ace Frehley, former lead guitarist of KISS, has released his 6th solo album, '10,000 Volts'. In an interview, Frehley discussed his decision not to perform with KISS after negative comments were made about him and Peter Criss. He addressed accusations of a lack of work ethic, stating that he chooses to do what he does and believes their motivations are primarily financial. Frehley expressed respect for Gene Simmons and his willingness to co-headline shows in the future, but noted a lack of mutual respect with Tommy Thayer. He reflected on his time in KISS, mentioning deals made behind their backs and his decision to leave the band. Frehley plans to release 'Origins Vol. 3' and hopes to play shows in Europe next year.
