Abstract
The article focuses on the Leonard Falcone International Euphonium and Tuba Festival, which celebrated its 40th anniversary in 2025 at Blue Lake Fine Arts Camp in Michigan. Established in honor of Dr. Leonard Falcone, a distinguished euphonium and tuba professor at Michigan State University, the festival has become a prominent international event showcasing low-brass performance and pedagogy through competitions, concerts, and masterclasses. The 2025 festival featured notable guest artists from Brazil, new commissioned works, and honored key figures such as longtime President Philip Sinder and Blue Lake founder Fritz Stansell. Supported by dedicated volunteers and donors, the festival continues to foster a global community of musicians committed to artistic excellence and mentorship.
