Abstract

With the continuous progress of science and technology, people have ushered in the ‘touchscreen era’. The tactile sensation of a product affects the user’s experience, leading to the development of a new technology: tactile feedback technology. With the increasing maturity of tactile feedback technology, tactile design plays an increasingly important role in product design information transmission. This article summarizes the concept and application modes of tactile feedback technology, thoroughly analyses its development prospects and significance, examines the application scenarios of tactile feedback technology in electronic instrument design, and evaluates its technical advantages. Based on the technical background and future product trends, combined with case analysis, summarize the applicable principles for integrating tactile feedback technology into products.
