Abstract
Forensic nurse examiners work with survivors of sexual assault, providing sensitive and non-judgemental support. Working alongside crisis workers, carefully to our patients, showing compassion and empathy, while also advocating for and empowering them so they can regain control and rebuild self-esteem.
