Abstract

The article focuses on the mental health of nurses in the British National Health Service (NHS). Topics discussed include factors affecting psychological wellbeing, impacts of psychological wellbeing on patient care, and approach that must be taken to address the psychological wellbeing of nurses. Also mentioned are the factors that have contributed to high levels of stress and burnout among nurses.
