Abstract

The aim of the present article is to characterize imperfect fluid spacetimes admitting pseudo-projective curvature tensor. It is established that a pseudo-projectively flat imperfect fluid GRW spacetime satisfying Einstein's field equations represents the dark energy era. It has been also proven that such a spacetime is either a Minkowski spacetime or locally isometric to a de-Sitter spacetime. The aspects of f(R, T), f(R, G) and f(R,Lm)-gravity has been analyzed in the perspective of several energy conditions. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
