Abstract
This article focuses on the All in for Youth (AIFY) initiative, a collaborative school–community wraparound support model implemented in eight schools in Edmonton, Canada, designed to address the complex needs of children and families through coordinated, multi-tiered services. The AIFY model integrates universal and targeted supports—including nutrition, mental health therapy, success coaching, mentoring, out-of-school programming, and in-home family support—delivered by partnerships among schools, community agencies, and funders. Key factors influencing successful implementation include strong interdisciplinary collaboration, trauma-informed and resilience-focused practices, committed school leadership, and sustainable funding. The article highlights the importance of adaptability and ongoing investment to maintain the model’s effectiveness and sustainability, offering practical insights for adopting similar wraparound approaches in school settings.
