Abstract
The article highlights a bipartisan coalition of pro-choice Midwesterners won big on Election Day. It discusses that how Michigan stands as an example for how gerrymandered districts and disenfranchised voters can organize to reclaim their stolen rights; and mentions that supporters of Michigan's Proposal 3, which establishes the right to abortion and other types of reproductive health care, react with joy and relief in Detroit, as the ballot initiative passes on November 8, 2022.
