Abstract

One World Trade Center, the tallest building in New York City, was built as a symbol of resilience and hope after the 9/11 terrorist attacks. Construction began in 2006 and was completed in 2014. The building stands at 1,776 feet tall, with 94 stories and a twisting shape. It incorporates sustainable and secure features, such as sensors for air quality monitoring and security measures like concrete walls and CCTV feeds. The building also includes a memorial and museum dedicated to the 9/11 attacks. [Extracted from the article]
