Abstract
Rosalynn Carter, the former First Lady of the United States, passed away at the age of 96. She was known for her advocacy work in mental health services and funding, as well as her championing of women's rights and humanitarian issues. Rosalynn and her husband, President Jimmy Carter, founded the Carter Center, a human rights nonprofit, and had a four-decade partnership with Habitat for Humanity.
