Abstract
The article focuses on martyred women and white power since the American civil rights era. The author focuses on former Ku Klux Klan member and white extremist Kathy Ainsworth and white supremacist mother Vicki Weaver, both of whom were killed by the U.S. government, and how they are used as symbols of resistance.
