Abstract
The article focuses on a study examining the relationship between bullying victimization and Internet overuse among children from different socioeconomic backgrounds in China. Conducted by researchers from Central China Normal University, the study surveyed 264 advantaged children from Wuhan and 208 disadvantaged children from Wenshan. Findings indicate that bullying victimization significantly predicts Internet overuse, with resilience mediating this relationship, particularly among advantaged children. The research highlights the importance of considering socioeconomic status in understanding Internet overuse and suggests the need for tailored intervention strategies. [Extracted from the article]
