Abstract

Romanian law enforcement arrested French fugitive Mohamed Amra, who had escaped after a deadly shootout nine months prior. Amra, linked to organized crime, was captured in Romania after fleeing Normandy. French authorities are likely to seek his extradition under the European Arrest Warrant. Additionally, Mexico extradited two Barrio Azteca gang members to the U.S. for their alleged involvement in the 2010 murders of U.S. Consulate employees in Juarez. [Extracted from the article]
