Abstract
The Department of Homeland Security's Federal Emergency Management Agency is accepting applications for the Targeted Violence and Terrorism Prevention Grant Program (TVTP). The program aims to develop sustainable prevention capabilities, pilot innovative approaches, and identify best practices for preventing targeted violence and terrorism in local communities. The deadline for applications is May 2, 2024, and a total of $18.2 million is available for up to 33 awards ranging from $50,000 to $1.2 million. Eligible applicants include colleges and universities, nonprofit organizations, government entities, and school districts. The program supports projects that address all forms of targeted violence and terrorism, with a focus on current threats and online pathways to violence.
