Abstract
The History of Parliament Trust was founded in 1940 to study the history of Parliament through the lives of its Members, publishing thousands of biographies of MPs. The final section of the book looks at how MPs have reflected on their time in Parliament, their successes, failures, hopes, and how they transitioned to no longer being an MP.
