Abstract

Despite COVID fatigue, government and employers will therefore continue to have an interest in encouraging citizens and employees to be vaccinated and boosted against COVID-19. Vaccines in the Time of COVID-19: Using Vaccine Mandates to Teach About the Legal and Ethical Regulation of Business The COVID-19 pandemic has wreaked havoc on American society, causing death, illness, and economic suffering. Students analyze vaccine mandates from both utilitarian and deontological ethical frameworks and learn that whether government or employers I should i mandate vaccines is a different question than whether government or employers I can i legally mandate vaccines.
