Abstract
The article discusses the potential revitalization of the IBSA Dialogue Forum, established in 2003 by India, Brazil, and South Africa to enhance south-south cooperation and reform global governance. Despite its initial success, IBSA's relevance has diminished with the rise of the BRICS bloc, which now includes additional members and has become more complex and less agile. The article argues that a revival of IBSA could provide a platform for these democracies to articulate shared goals and strategies, particularly in light of geopolitical tensions and the challenges posed by the current BRICS dynamics. It emphasizes that IBSA could facilitate cooperation on critical issues like conflict resolution and climate change while maintaining strong ties to the West. [Extracted from the article]
