Abstract

The FDA on August 31 approved a label update for small interfering RNA (siRNA) therapy inclisiran (Leqvio), allowing its use as monotherapy alongside diet and exercise to lower low-density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C) in adults with hypercholesterolemia, according to developer Novartis.1
