Abstract
The article discusses the issue of the administrative state in the United States, which refers to the power of administrative agencies to make and enforce regulations outside of the constitutional avenues of legislative and judicial power. The author argues that this administrative power is unconstitutional and harmful, as it shifts legislative power away from elected representatives and diminishes the value of voting. The article also highlights the evolving threat of administrative power, including sub-administrative pressure and inducement, which can be used to impose regulations that cannot be achieved through traditional means. The author calls for a new civil-rights movement to push back against the administrative state and restore constitutional government. [Extracted from the article]
