Abstract

The article focuses on the negative impact of non-compete clauses in labor contracts, especially in low-wage industries. It suggests using federal antitrust law, specifically the Sherman Act, to address this issue by proposing a tailored quick-look standard. It further aims to contribute to the ongoing discussion about the need for reforms regarding non-compete agreements in labor contracts.
