Abstract

Alight AB, a Swedish power company, has signed Finland's largest solar power-purchase agreement with Autoliv Inc., a major automotive safety supplier. The agreement involves the construction of a 100-megawatt solar park in Eurajoki, financed in part by a €46 million senior debt. The park is expected to produce 100 gigawatt-hours per year, equivalent to the demand of about 20,000 households, and construction will begin in spring 2025.
