Abstract

The African Development Bank has approved a $33 million credit to Seychelles for the implementation of Stage III of the Government and Economic Reforms Support Project. This stage aims to strengthen the country's economic resilience and address climate change. The program will focus on improving budget sustainability, enhancing tax collection and management, and strengthening anti-money laundering and counter-terrorism financing measures. It will also support economic integration efforts, promote international trade for local businesses, and encourage sustainable energy production and waste management practices.
