Abstract
The article focuses on Nigeria's Dangote Petroleum Refinery and Petrochemicals beginning fuel exports across Africa after reaching full production capacity of 650,000 barrels per day. The refinery, owned by billionaire Aliko Dangote, has shipped about 456,000 tons of petroleum products to countries including Ivory Coast, Cameroon, Ghana, Togo, and Tanzania. These exports aim to enhance energy security in West, East, and Central Africa by providing alternatives amid disruptions to fuel supplies from the Middle East. The Dangote Refinery is the largest in Africa and helps address supply gaps caused by the closure of other refineries over the past two decades. [Extracted from the article]
