Abstract

Actress and mother of three, Jennie Garth, has launched a new clothing line called Me by Jennie Garth on QVC. Starting a brand at age 50 was challenging for her, as she struggled with self-doubt and impostor syndrome. However, she chose to counteract those negative messages and empower herself. Garth's podcast, titled "I Choose Me," explores how she makes choices that prioritize her well-being, such as waking up early to work out. She also discusses her relationship with her ex-husband and how they prioritize co-parenting their three daughters. Garth's daughter, Lola, played a role in helping her create her QVC line. Garth aims to inspire people going through divorce and show them that there is light at the end of the tunnel. As her youngest daughter, Fiona, approaches adulthood, Garth and her husband, Dave Abrams, are preparing to become empty nesters. [Extracted from the article]
