Abstract
This article summarizes recent research on leadership, management, workplace dynamics, and marketing strategies. Key findings include that leaders who change behaviors too quickly after feedback may seem less authentic, especially with complex behaviors, while high-quality store managers significantly boost new product success by accurately forecasting demand. Studies reveal that managers often suppress employees’ ideas due to perceived status risks, and teams perform better when focusing on either learning or performance rather than both simultaneously. Additionally, gender pay disparities begin at the initial salary offer stage, particularly in roles with stereotypically masculine tasks, and brands benefit from diversifying social media presence by engaging existing followers across multiple platforms rather than merely expanding reach.
