Abstract
The article discusses what the author refers to as the benefits that are associated with employee nap taking, and it mentions sleep deprivation, workplace naps, and sleep schedules. The impact of the COVID-19 virus on sleep is assessed, as well as the claim that anxiety, loud noises, and family members can prevent people from getting the proper amount of sleep. The concept of sleep machismo, which states that sleep is a luxury and not a necessity, is also examined, along with companies offering nap rooms, childcare, and flexible working hours for workers.
