Abstract

The article focuses on a study that developed a multilevel model to explore how safety leadership affects employee safety behaviors, specifically within China's electric power industry. The research found that safety leadership positively influences safety compliance and participation, with individual safety knowledge acting as a significant mediator in this relationship. Additionally, psychological resilience was identified as a moderator, enhancing the impact of safety knowledge on compliance and participation among resilient employees.
