Abstract
Veterinary teams possess abundant clinical expertise, knowledge and skills to deliver an outstanding service to clients. Consumer psychology can help ensure that all of that expertise and knowledge is delivered to clients in such a way that it makes the biggest difference to patient health. This article outlines what consumer psychology is and gives some tips on how it can be applied in a practical context, to encourage the uptake of practice health plans. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
