The article focuses on the science of leadership, presenting nine leadership capacities derived from extensive research to enhance leaders' effectiveness. It emphasizes the importance of understanding leadership as a relational process that motivates individuals to achieve collective goals, highlighting that effective leadership is rooted in high-quality relationships and the ability to inspire self-motivation among followers. The nine capacities—conscious leadership, authentic leadership, agile leadership, relational leadership, positive leadership, compassionate leadership, shared leadership, servant leadership, and transformational leadership—are categorized into self-oriented, other-oriented, and system-oriented capacities, each contributing uniquely to leadership effectiveness.
