Abstract

The author celebrates the Dying Matters Awareness Week on May 8-14, 2023 for people around the United Kingdom (UK) to talk about everything death and dying. Topics discussed include percentage of employees who will have experienced a bereavement in the last five years, according to Hospice UK, theme of the event, and importance for colleagues in the community to feel able to talk openly about death and dying.
