The Fourth Industrial Revolution, known as Industry 4.0, has ushered in a transformative era for businesses. This paper presents a pioneering framework for contextual consulting practices tailored to the unique challenges and opportunities posed by Industry 4.0. The framework employs a hybrid data analytics approach, integrating advanced methods such as machine learning, predictive modeling, and real-time data processing to empower decision-making processes and offer actionable insights to businesses operating within Industry 4.0. This approach leverages a hybrid blend of data analytics methods to empower decision-making and deliver actionable insights to industries.
