Abstract
A controlled randomized clinical trial, NCT06803641, is investigating the effects of mindfulness practice with Tao Art (Love Peace Harmony Calligraphy and Song) on well-being. The study aims to determine if engaging in Tao Calligraphy Mindfulness Practice can improve perceived stress, social connectedness, and peace of mind in adults. Participants will be randomized into practice and wait-list control groups, completing questionnaires and practicing mindfulness with Tao Calligraphy for at least 30 minutes daily.
