Abstract
Traditional approaches to organizational culture often relied on top-down directives, with HR leading initiatives like mission statements, employee perks, and engagement surveys. However, this model has become ineffective due to shifting workplace dynamics, the impact of COVID-19, and growing emphasis on culture as a strategic priority. A more effective approach involves shared responsibility, where different roles within the organization contribute to shaping and maintaining culture. This model ensures adaptability, aligns culture with business goals, and fosters accountability across all levels, making culture an active, evolving force rather than a static directive from leadership.
