Abstract
This article discusses the relationship between being a novelist and a philosopher, using Ayn Rand as an example. It also explores how attorneys, like novelists, bring their own philosophical framework into their work and how this can affect their advice to clients. The article suggests that attorneys should be aware of their framework and its impact on their understanding and counsel.
