Abstract

Kalki Jayanti, a Hindu festival celebrating the birth of Lord Kalki, will be celebrated on August 10. Acharya Pramod Krishnam, the head of Kalki Dham Peethadhishwar, has organized a series of events including a mahayagna and a tree plantation campaign. The campaign, inspired by PM Modi's 'Ek Ped Maa ke naam’ campaign, will involve planting saplings on a large scale. The celebrations will also include the construction of a 'nakshatra vatika' and the planting of 108 saplings in the courtyard of Shri Kalki Dham. The Kalki Dham Temple, dedicated to Lord Kalki, is being constructed in Sambhal district, Uttar Pradesh, and will feature ten separate sanctum sanctorums for each of Lord Vishnu's ten incarnations.
