Abstract

A study conducted at Palacky University in Olomouc, Czech Republic, explored the relationship between religious doubts, emotions toward God, self-esteem, and meaning in life among adolescents. The research found that negative emotions toward God were associated with reduced meaning in life and self-esteem, while positive emotions were linked to an increase in meaning in life. Factors such as faith in the environment, perception of religion and church, and religious education were identified as influencing adolescents' well-being in relation to religious doubts and emotions toward God. The study suggests addressing these factors to minimize negative impacts and promote positive emotions toward God among adolescents. [Extracted from the article]
