Abstract
The article focuses on the launch of the Pathfinder Inter-Faith Harmony Initiative (PIFHI) in Pakistan, aimed at fostering mutual respect, dialogue, and cooperation among diverse religious communities to promote peace and counter extremism. Spearheaded by the Pathfinder Group and inspired by young leader Elena Sehgal, the initiative seeks to empower youth through education, interfaith dialogue, and joint community service projects, addressing challenges faced by religious minorities who constitute about 3.65% of Pakistan's population. The event highlighted the longstanding efforts of Ikram Sehgal, Co-Chairman of Pathfinder Group, in protecting minority communities and advancing social cohesion, alongside complementary projects like CITADEL and the Providentia Books Foundation. Religious leaders and community members emphasized the importance of tolerance, shared humanity, and inclusive nation-building as foundational to Pakistan's unity and progress.
