Abstract
A study conducted at Hunan University of Science and Technology in Xiangtan, People's Republic of China, explored the relationship between traditional festival family rituals and college adjustment among 869 college students. The research found a positive correlation between traditional festival family rituals, Personal Growth Initiative (PGI), and college adjustment, while also noting a negative correlation with psychological stress.
