Abstract
This article focuses on a qualitative study investigating the therapeutic benefits of tantra practices on sexual well-being. Through interviews with six experienced tantra educators and practitioners, the study found that tantra can reduce anxiety and depression, enhance emotional regulation, deepen intimacy, and increase pleasure and awareness. The research suggests tantra as a promising therapeutic model for addressing emotional and sexual health challenges, including healing sexual trauma and improving communication in relationships. The study calls for further research with larger samples and mixed methods to better understand the long-term psychological and physiological effects of tantra practices.
