Abstract
This study examines the impact of sex education on sexual schemas, sexual self-esteem, and sexual satisfaction in menopausal women. Using a quasi-experimental design with pretest/post-test and control groups, 30 women receiving counseling were assigned to either an experimental group that underwent 15 hours of sex education over six weeks or a control group. Results showed that sex education significantly improved sexual self-esteem and sexual satisfaction but did not alter sexual schemas. The findings suggest that sex education can positively influence aspects of sexual well-being during menopause.
