Abstract

A reprint of the article "Eight Essential Qualities of Successful Leaders" by Rebecca Knight, which appeared on the HRB.org website on December 13, 2023, is presented. According to the article, the eight most important qualities for successful leadership include personal authenticity, creativity, and empathy. It states that leaders also need to be resilient and have the ability to solve complex problems. Adaptability is also assessed.
