Abstract
The article focuses on the corrections and updates made to the supplementary materials of the research article "Cryo–electron microscopy reveals hydrogen positions and water networks in photosystem II." The authors expanded the description of H-omit maps and provided a link to a Zenodo dataset for reproducibility. They corrected the numbering of water molecules in table S3, emphasized the voxel size used, and included a new figure to support their findings. Additionally, table S1 was updated with missing values, and a clarification regarding the combination of datasets was added, with no impact on the original data or conclusions of the study.
