Abstract
SpaceX experienced a rare failure of its Falcon 9 rocket during a recent launch, which is now under investigation by the Federal Aviation Administration. The failure is expected to impact SpaceX's launch schedule and temporarily ground the Falcon 9, which is currently the dominant rocket in the commercial satellite market. The rocket was carrying 20 Starlink internet satellites, which were deployed into the wrong orbit. SpaceX is attempting to raise the satellites using the spacecraft's ion thruster engines. The investigation will determine the cause of the failure and any necessary corrective actions. [Extracted from the article]
