Abstract

This article focuses on a new fuzzy group decision-making method developed by researchers at Nanjing University of Information Science and Technology (NUIST) in the People's Republic of China, which integrates cooperative game theory with quantum cognition to address complexities in social network decision-making. The method models psychological preference perception, trust dynamics, and interference effects among decision-makers using a quantum intuitionistic fuzzy set and a two-stage trust correction model, with Kullback-Leibler divergence measuring interaction effects. Verified through a case study on emergency response to meteorological disasters, the research demonstrates the model’s effectiveness in capturing dynamic psychological and trust-related factors to improve group decision rankings. Funded by multiple Chinese and European institutions, this peer-reviewed study contributes to understanding decision-making processes in complex social networks. [Extracted from the article]
