Abstract
The article discusses the speed of death from accidental suffocation in infants, highlighting two cases where infants died due to suffocation in unsafe sleeping environments. The infants were swaddled and placed in prone positions on soft surfaces, leading to rapid asphyxiation. The use of CCTV footage in analyzing such cases is emphasized, underscoring the importance of educating parents and caregivers about safe sleeping practices for infants. The study sheds light on the dangers of certain sleeping practices and the need for increased awareness to prevent similar tragic incidents. [Extracted from the article]
