Abstract
Azerbaijan has been a target for cyber attacks for many years, according to the country's Deputy Minister of Digital Development and Transport, Samir Mammadov. He emphasized the need for increased focus on cyber security and the development of more flexible and accessible strategies. Mammadov also highlighted the importance of joining international treaties and agreements to prevent cyber warfare. These remarks were made during the XI Global Baku Forum, which is attended by representatives from many countries and prestigious international organizations.
