Abstract

Police spokesperson Fred Enanga said a suspect arrested for allegedly planting the bomb at Miracle Centre Cathedral in the suburb of Rubaga gave officers information on the location of the other improvised explosive devices (IEDs). Police in Uganda recovered five more explosives in Kampala a day after they foiled the bomb attack on the church, I Nile Post i reported on September 4th. Ugandan police said on September 3rd they foiled a bomb attack on a cathedral in the capital Kampala and detained a man accused of trying to detonate an explosive in a crowd of worshippers.
