Abstract

The article comments on the U.S. Supreme Court's deconstruction of the administrative state and its willingness to diminish the authority of administrative agencies and reverse the pillars of administrative law. It shows the court's disdain of administrative agencies in National Federation of Independent Businesses v. Department of Labor, Chevron U.S.A. v. Natural Resources Defense Council Inc., and West Virginia v. EPA. It calls for social workers to engage in public debate about court reform.
